 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence with professionalism.
  • Provide office support: documentation, filing, and light administrative tasks.
  • Assist in online research, preparation of presentations, and reports.
  • Support basic social media and web tasks (posting, formatting, coordination with designers).
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and clients when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Solid educational background (college degree preferred).
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic online tools.
  • Social media literacy (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) a plus.
  • Well-organized, smart, and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude, discretion, and reliability are essential.
