Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence with professionalism.
- Provide office support: documentation, filing, and light administrative tasks.
- Assist in online research, preparation of presentations, and reports.
- Support basic social media and web tasks (posting, formatting, coordination with designers).
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and clients when required.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Solid educational background (college degree preferred).
- Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic online tools.
- Social media literacy (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) a plus.
- Well-organized, smart, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude, discretion, and reliability are essential.
