We’re Hiring: Chartered Accountant | Senior Internal Auditor
Role Description
As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will ensure financial integrity, streamline cost controls, and enhance governance processes. You’ll bring a disciplined approach to risk management, evaluating our operations with a focus on investment efficiency, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
This is a full-time on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Dubai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts, budgets, investment, audits, and tax returns. They will also provide strategic financial advice, report financial information, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and analyze financial data.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assess financial risks, operational controls, and compliance within our interior design, manufacturing, and contracting projects.
✅ Develop and execute audit plans tailored to investment evaluations, budget controls, and financial reporting.
✅ Analyze cost structures, project profitability, and supply chain efficiency to drive financial performance.
✅ Evaluate and improve financial processes for production and custom interiors.
✅ Ensure alignment with UAE financial regulations, corporate governance, and tax structures.
✅ Provide insights on capital expenditures, cash flow management, and ROI analysis.
✅ Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial decisions related to project investments.
Qualifications
- Strong financial accounting, budgeting, and auditing skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Experience in providing strategic financial advice and analyzing financial data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial information clearly
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Ideal Candidate Profile
🔹 Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) – UAE certification preferred.
🔹 8-15 years experience in financial auditing, with at least 3 years as a Senior Auditor.
🔹 Strong expertise in investment analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting for industrial, manufacturing, or high-end interiors.
🔹 Knowledge of UAE financial regulations, cost control in contracting & procurement.
🔹 Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
🔹 Strong analytical and strategic mindset to drive business profitability.
